Terms of Sale

Note: online ordering is not open yet. These terms will apply once ordering opens and may be updated before then.

1. Research use only

All products offered by Helix RUO are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not for human or animal consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

2. Eligibility

Buyers must be 21 or older and must accept the Research Use Policy. By placing an order you confirm that products will be handled by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.

3. Order acceptance

Helix RUO may decline or cancel any order, including where we believe products may be used for purposes other than laboratory research.

4. Certificates of analysis

Every batch comes with its certificate of analysis, matched to the batch number on the label.

5. Liability

The buyer is responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of all products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix RUO is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of any product.
